SEUT’s residence is for students of all academic disciplines and those who simply wish to live in an accepting community linked to the seminary.

Named after Contantine Ponce de la Fuente, chaplain to King Phillip II, the residence is located in the centre of El Escorial, a delightful town only a short walk from the world famous monastery of Saint Lawrence of El Escorial.

Facilities

The Ponce de la Fuente residence offers the following modern facilities:

13 beds available in 10 rooms, all with broadband internet access:

1 double-room suite with bathroom (24m2); 
2 double rooms without bathroom (16m2); 
3 individual rooms with bathroom (15 m2); 
4 individual rooms without bathroom (11m2).

2 living rooms 

1 large living and meeting room (77m2); 
1 drawing-room (35m2).

2 Kitchens 

1 Kitchen and dining room (22m2); 
1 Small kitchen (9m2).
